Description

The Hybrid Integrated Flexible Electronic Systems (HiFES) program is an initiative by NUS and Faculty of Engineering to spearhead innovations in hybrid flexible electronics. We are looking for a customer service oriented administrative assistant to provide general administration, logistical and purchasing support to ensure the smooth operation of HiFES research center and nanofabrication facility.

Responsibilities

  • Procurement processing which includes budget verification, PO generation, ensuring timely approvals, follow through with vendors, goods receipts, invoice processing and maintenance of records.
  • Overall office keeping including but not limited to the arrangement of repair and maintenance of office equipment; handling of mails and packages,  office cleanliness and etc.
  • Support on finance matters such as issuing journals, billings, credit notes, creation of vendor codes, verifying claims etc.
  • Asset tracking and purchase reporting.
  • Research grants administration support and budget tracking.
  • Ad-hoc projects as and when required

Qualifications

  • A-level / Diploma holder with at least 2 years working experience
  • Proficient with MS office applications, content management and SharePoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Patient, proactive and resourceful
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
